I rented his vehicle through TURO & when I got there to... read more pick up the vehicle, it was already ready for me! Nice & clean with a full tank of gas. Justin came in and greeted me, asked me how my day was, and decided to double check the vehicle to make sure all tires had the correct amount of tire pressure. He noticed that one tire was low just a little and insisted on putting air in it before I left. That made me feel really good because he showed that he cared about mine and my families safety. I knew that I would be renting from him again in the future. When I dropped off the vehicle (after hours) I messaged him to let him know that the car was dropped off. He messaged me right back and said Thank you and in the future if I ever need another vehicle to rent, just message him and let him know what size vehicle I’m needing l, my price range and what date and he will do his best to make sure he puts me in the perfect vehicle. Literally a week or so later, I was needing another vehicle. I messaged Justin to ask what vehicles he had available and he replied quickly with the information. I told him which vehicle I wanted and because he remembered he didn’t tell me “Merry Christmas” from my 1st rental experience, he literally gave me a discount! Justin is AWESOME!!! His customer service is OUTSTANDING!! I will highly recommend to anyone that’s needing to rent a nice-affordable vehicle, to rent the vehicle through Justin!! Hertz, Enterprise and Budget better move on over, Justin is on his way to the TOP!!!!! Thanks again Justin!! YOU ROCK!!!!!
